Women and Gender Equality Minister Pam Parsons will take part in a roundtable of Indigenous leaders and representatives and federal-provincial-territorial ministers from February 7th-8th. The event focuses on the advancement of the MMIWG Calls for Justice and ending violence against Indigenous women, girls and 2SLGBTQQIA+ people. The two-day event takes place today and tomorrow, at the Shaw Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, and online. Minister Parsons will participate virtually.
