Man electrocuted by live wire in Torbay on Saturday

    The RNC say just before 9 p.m. on Saturday (Nov. 9) police responded to a report that a man had been electrocuted by a live wire in the area of Byrne’s Lane.

    A man is dead after being electrocuted in Torbay. The RNC say just before 9 p.m. on Saturday (Nov. 9) police responded to a report that a man had been electrocuted by a live wire in the area of Byrne’s Lane. Further information was received that there was a fire at the same location. Upon arrival, police saw a live wire emitting flames, and located the man. Two women at the scene also sustained injuries and were taken to hospital to receive treatment for their injuries.
