Man dies after being trapped underneath a vehicle near the Flat Bay exit

    Police say it appears that the man was working underneath the vehicle when it rolled onto him. 

    A man is dead after being trapped under a vehicle on the Trans Canada Highway near the Flat Bay exit. Bay St. George RCMP, the Flat Bay Volunteer Fire Department, and Emergency medical Services responded to the incident Wednesday afternoon. Police say it appears that the man was working underneath the vehicle when it rolled onto him.  He died prior to the arrival of first responders to the scene.
