Fifty year old Dean Frederick Penney has been in custody since his arrest in December after a lengthy investigation into the disappearance of Jennifer Hillier-Penney.
The man accused of killing a St.Anthony woman seven years ago is looking to get out on bail. Fifty year old Dean Frederick Penney has been in custody since his arrest in December after a lengthy investigation into the disappearance of Jennifer Hillier-Penney. Her body was never recovered. A date has not been set for the bail hearing but 4 weeks have been set aside in August for a preliminary inquiry to see if there is enough evidence to go to trial. Penney has not entered a plea.
