The City of Corner Brook is looking for proposals from developers interested in land located on Lundrigan Drive. Eight parcels of land are for sale for a “suitable development in order to accommodate growth.” These properties are in the Lundrigan Drive Industrial Park and the City is interested in developments that fits with its current General Industrial zoning. Meanwhile, the city is also open to proposals to develop 3.26 hectares of land located on the North Side of Corporal Pinksen Memorial Drive. Development must fit the city’s current Mosaic Residential zoning. Proposals must be in the city clerk’s office by noon on August 11th.
