Human remains found in St. Georges identified by Office of Chief Medical Examiner.
Bay St. George RCMP is confirming the identity of the human remains found earlier this month in the town of St. Georges as Larry Young, a resident of the town. The identification of the remains was completed late last week by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
Mr. Young was originally reported as a missing person on August 5, 2017. At that time, extensive search efforts to locate Mr. Young were unsuccessful. His remains were located in a wooded area near St. Georges on March 12, 2024.
