Students are getting their cap and gowns ready as convocation at Memorial University starts at the Grenfell Campus this week. Shortly after 11:00 p.m. Saturday evening, police conducting a traffic enforcement observed a vehicle travelling well under the posted speed limit. The driver showed signs of impairment and later failed a roadside screening
