"Kids in the Know" is the Canadian Centre for Child Protections’ national safety education program.
Government continues to expand availability of Kids in the Know, a school-based body safety program for K-9 students. This program is the Canadian Centre for Child Protections’ national safety education program. It engages students with interactive activities to help build skills that increase personal safety and reduce the risk of victimization online and offline. As of last month, Kids in the Know is available in 58 schools in the province and will be available in all K-3 classrooms by the end of the current school year. It will be available in all K-9 classrooms by September 2025.
