Bayfest will take place in Humber Arm South July 28th-29th.
There’s gonna be a time at Bayfest this year. The annual 2-day event is a major fundraiser for the South Shore Volunteer Fire Department. Fire Chief Brad Gallant says they’ve already started getting ready with the field and stage setup. He says Friday night will feature Big Talk Sam and then DJ Hype. Saturday will have the Mitchell Hunt Band and the Dave O’Connell band followed by DJ Hype. Chief says for the crew, it’s not about raising money but more about the sense of community at this event.
