Saying it’s been a wonderful journey owed to amazing customers, Fox’s General store is looking forward to a fantastic season ahead.

It was 16 years ago when Fox’s General store in Curling opened their doors, and according to their social media page, effective September 30th they will transition to a seasonal operating model. In a statement on facebook, the popular ice cream store says the doors opened with a dream and while grateful to celebrate such a milestone, they are looking toward the future in an effort to better serve customers and the community. Comments were quick to be posted and talked about the store being an intricate part of Curling for decades. In a reply to a comment about the move being great for the owners, not so great for the community, the reply from Fox’s is “not great for the owner either, it's a hard and heart breaking decision.” Saying it’s been a wonderful journey owed to amazing customers, Fox’s General store is looking forward to a fantastic season ahead.
