Employment Steps for Success open to all ages and needs
There’s a new free program designed to help people find a suitable job. Ashley Christopher is a career coach with the Corner Brook YMCA. She says “Employment Steps for Success,” is a pilot project to help people enter or reenter the workforce. She says it is open to people of all ages with different needs. Christopher says they have space for 15 people and there is no deadline to apply since they’ll be taking people all summer. She says applicants can’t be in receipt of EI. For more information call the YMCA at 639-1720
