There’s an open public forum online tonight dealing with the topic of green energy. It’s called, “Corporate or Climate? The real green energy agenda.” Proposed windmill projects, like the one on the Port au Port Peninsula, will be discussed. Hosted by Envirowatch NL, spokesperson Glenn Wheeler says they will have three panelists, including Investigative Journalist Joan Baxter, Robert Loder from the Exploits area and Claudelle Deveaux from the Codroy Valley. He says this all seems like it’s a done deal anyway. Tonight’s event will be live on the Envirowatch NL facebook page starting at 7:30 p.m.
