Princess Cruises' Crown Princess is carrying over 3,000 passengers and 1200 crew members.

St. John’s loss is Corner Brook’s gain. A cruise ship that was destined for the capital city had to change plans due to the weather so it came to Corner Brook a day early and spent last night in port. Patti Ricketts is the Cruise and Community Engagement Coordinator with the Port of Corner Brook. She says they were happy to accommodate their request due to weather issues on the east coast.

Princess Cruises' Crown Princess is carrying over 3,000 passengers and 1200 crew members. Ricketts says it’s the vessel’s first time in Corner Brook and 2022 was the last time a cruise ship overnighted here. The Crown Princess is due to leave port at 4:30 today.
