    Corner Brook RNC nab two drivers for impaired and speeding last night and early this morning

    Around nine o’clock last night, an RNC officer on patrol on the TCH near Gallants stopped a vehicle after police radar indicated the vehicle was driving 151 Km/h.

    A couple of west coast drivers are facing charges after traffic stops last night and early this morning. At around 2 a.m.RNC located a vehicle travelling on Main Street in an erratic manner. The 38 year old man was charged with impaired operation of a conveyance. He has a court date in January 2025. Additional charges under the Highway Traffic Act were also laid. 

    Around nine o’clock last night, an RNC officer on patrol on the TCH near Gallants stopped a vehicle after police radar indicated the vehicle was driving 151 Km/h. The 29 year old man was charged under the Highway Traffic Act and his vehicle was impounded.
