Garvey served alongside his handler, Constable Scott Mosher, who formed an unbreakable bond and they had each other’s backs every single day.

A four legged member who spent his entire career with the Corner Brook RNC is being remembered for his years of service. Retired Police Service Dog Garvey passed away this week, a once loyal partner, protector, and valued member of our policing family. Garvey served alongside his handler, Constable Scott Mosher, who formed an unbreakable bond and they had each other’s backs every single day. Keeping our communities safe was part of Garvey’s unwavering dedication and courage. Upon retirement, Garvey stayed with Cst Mosher to enjoy the quieter moments he earned so well, surrounded by those who loved him most. Thank you for your service, PSD Garvey.
