Admission is $2 but children under 12 get in for free.
The Corner Brook Kin Club is hosting a craft fair for the first time ever this weekend. It gets underway 10 a.m. until 3 p..m. tomorrow in the meeting rooms at the Civic Centre. Kin Dwight Hatcher says it made perfect sense that they should do this. He says since Covid, the flea market has stopped and there is a need. Hatcher says they’re already planning on making this an annual event. Bonnie Hatcher has been instrumental in putting this event together. She says there will be a variety of things like jewelry, home decor, wood burning, baked goods and more. Admission is $2 but children under 12 get in for free. There will be 41 tables with displays.
