Corner Brook gets ready for Canada Day!

    A fireworks display will take place Saturday night at 10:30 p.m. at Margaret Bowater Park following a performance by The Griffins.

    Corner Brook is gearing up to celebrate Canada Day. A fireworks display will take place Saturday night at 10:30 p.m. at Margaret Bowater Park following a performance by The Griffins. People are asked to NOT park on or near O’Connell Drive, except for designated parking spaces for the display. Nearby residents should be prepared for the fireworks in case pets or family members are triggered. The display should last no longer than 10-15 minutes.
