Corner Brook city council has approved a change order on the Mount Bernard Avenue Reconstruction project. The matter was brought up during Monday night’s council meeting. Meanwhile, council also approved an extension of an existing quarry about 2 kms southeast of the Lewin Parkway intersection near Massey Drive. Councillor Bill Griffin says a portion of the land will also be used for stockpiling. Council also rescinded a Stop Work Order on Tipping’s Place.
