Winmar owner Shane Mollon says 20 tires were punctured, which included 4 sets of vehicle tires and 4 tires on an enclosed trailer, upwards of $5K in damages.
The owner of a Corner Brook business is asking for the public’s help in finding who is responsible for vandalism last week. Shane Mollon is the owner of Winmar at 115 Riverside Drive. He says late Thursday night, they captured video of someone slashing the tires on a number of company vehicles. Mollon says there have been multiple incidents of vandalism at the location during the past year but never enough evidence to catch who is responsible and that’s why he decided to ask the public for help. The latest happened between 10:30 and 11 o’clock at night and Mollon says 20 tires were punctured which included 4 sets of vehicle tires and 4 tires on an enclosed trailer, upwards of $5K in damages. The vandalism is an active RNC file and anyone with information is asked to contact police.
