Plans to develop residential and commercial subdivisions on two land parcels in Deer Lake are in the hands of government’s environment department. The undertaking was registered last week. The development would include residential and commercial light industrial development, recreational facilities, transportation hubs and medical services. The deadline for public comment is November 29th and the Minister’s decision is due by December 7th.
