The city of Corner Brook will be amending ATV regulations to include the Bay of Islands Yacht Club at the next public meeting on May 12th. This includes Pikes Avenue to the Bay of Islands Yacht Club, Connors Road to Bartletts Avenue to the Bay of Islands Yacht Club. Mayor Jim Parsons says these are some minor changes and the Yacht club is a nice amenity especially with the Route going down to Petries Street now. Parsons says over the past couple of years, other roads were added to create a route to the down town area so residents on the westside could easy get there. The public will have an opportunity to provide input on the proposed regulations up to May 6th by emailing tflynn@cornerbrook.com or by calling (709) 637-1570.
