Corner Brook MHA Gerry Byrne says he’s made it a priority to get low income housing in his district. The province has applied for funding from the federal government but did not get any support. Byrne says the Dunfield Park area needs to be demolished and low income units put in place. He says there are homes in the Bay of Islands that will be sold to help with this.
