A second person has died following a two-vehicle collision that occurred on the Trans-Canada Highway (TCH) near Arnold’s Cove on January 21st. The 22-year-old female driver of one of the vehicles has succumbed to her injuries. The crash claimed the life of a 22-year-old woman last week. When police tried to speak with the driver, he fled in the opposite direction. In the interest of public safety, RCMP did not pursue the vehicle but started patrolling the Hawkes Bay and Port Saunders areas.
