A second person has died following a two-vehicle collision that occurred on the Trans-Canada Highway (TCH) near Arnold’s Cove on January 21st. The 22-year-old female driver of one of the vehicles has succumbed to her injuries. The crash claimed the life of a 22-year-old woman last week. The investigation into the cause of the collision continues.
