A patient at the Waterford hospital assaults another patient and is facing an attempted murder charge

    RNC say shortly after 6 p.m. last night (Dec. 19), they received the report.

    A 66 year old man has been taken to hospital emergency with serious injuries after an incident at the Waterford hospital in St. John’s. RNC say shortly after 6 p.m. last night (Dec. 19), they received the report. Police say one patient assaulted another patient with a weapon. A 30-year-old man is facing charges of attempted murder and assault with a weapon. The RNC asks that anyone with information that may assist with this investigation contact the RNC at 709-729-8000.
