Government and the Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Association (NLCA) are creating a new staff position aimed at fostering collaboration between the construction industry and municipalities. The new Municipal Industry Training Coordinator will develop, implement, and manage training programs tailored to meet the needs of municipal employees undertaking infrastructure projects.
