A 25-year-old Harbour Grace man has been arrested after several reports of an erratic driver. RCMP quickly located the vehicle early this morning. The driver failed a roadside breath test and again at the detachment. He’s been charged with impaired driving, his license was suspended and the vehicle was seized.
