3 teens facing charges after injuring a 17-year-old male was injured at a field party in Torbay

    Charges include forcible confinement, assault causing bodily harm, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, and mischief with property damage.

    St. John’s RNC have made arrests in connection with an assault, which occurred in Torbay in late May. Police say a 17-year-old male received treatment for non-life-threatening injuries after an altercation at a field party in the Torbay Bypass Road.  Two 17-year-old males and an 18-year old male have been charged. These charges include forcible confinement, assault causing bodily harm, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, and mischief with property damage. Both 17-year-olds have also been charged with sexual assault.
