The town of Cape St. George is getting $9,000 for a francophone tourism initiative and Stephenville is getting $10,000 for bilingual street signage in the town.
Thirteen projects throughout the province will share $667K in funding from the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Agreement on French-Language Services.
The projects will advance the planning and delivery of services in French and will be matched by contributions from the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.
