Members of Qalipu First Nation, Elders, Chiefs and family and friends gathered for the Swearing-in Ceremony of the newly elected Chief and Council. The ceremony was a celebration of connection and culture featuring talented performers and astists.
Chief Jenny Brake, the first woman to lead Qalipu First Nation is excited to begin this journey with the new council to work toward a brighter future for Qalipu First Nation. Hear more as she chats with Qalipu Today host, Lenny Benoit.
