Qalipu First Nation recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Glenwood with the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) to protect to a very special place, called Charlie’s Place. This area is recognized by both parties for it's cultural and ecological significance.
On this episode, Band Manager, Charles Pender spoke about the intent of the MOU and the shared goal to protect and conserve this wildness area.
