Walk for World Suicide Prevention Day

On Wednesday September 10, 2025 the Community Mental Health Initiative (CMHI) will be hosting its annual walk for World Suicide Prevention Day. The walk will begin at Remembrance Square in Corner Brook at 7pm, rain or shine. This is a project of CMHI’s Suicide Prevention and Awareness Committee. All proceeds support local life promotion and suicide prevention initiatives. Event Organizer Sandi Batt speaks with Bay Fm's Lenny Benoit
