The Town of Deer Lake was proud to host the 2025 Herder Memorial Cup Champions — our very own Deer Lake Red Wings!
To mark this incredible achievement, Mayor Goosney had the honour of presenting a Key to the Town to Team Captain Stephen Simms and Head Coach Darren Langdon.
Congratulations to the Red Wings on bringing home this historic trophy, and a heartfelt thank you to the entire community for showing up and cheering them on. What a celebration!
