Putting NL on the market for wind projects
Upwards of 20,000 people attended the World Hydrogen Summit in the Netherlands that wrapped up yesterday, including a delegation from this province. Energy Minister Andrew Parsons was there selling the province as a destination for wind energy projects. He says that number was over double what was expected and many people wanted to know more about NL. He was approached by interests interests from Italy and Asia..Minister Parsons says 75 people went from this province, including thee Port of Corner Brook. The province also recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Rotterdam, which is the country’s second largest city and has the largest port in Europe.
