The increasing costs of food are making it hard for some families to keep healthy meals on the table. Kailey Pauls is a Regional Nutritionist with NL Health Services which means she deals with healthy eating. She says while the cost of food has been increasing over the past couple of years there are ways to make food more affordable, like meal planning, foraging, picking berries, fishing and hunting. Pauls says stick to your shopping list when you are out and never shop on an empty stomach.
