The RNC responded to two separate incidents at restaurants in the downtown.
A 46 year-old man is facing charges after an incident at New Garden Restaurant. RNC were called to the business shortly after 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon. Police say he has been charged with mischief, resisting arrest and 2 counts of assaulting a police officer.
RNC were also called to Tim Horton’s last night after a man was causing a disturbance while holding a fire extinguisher. It happened shortly before 9:20 last night at the Mt. Bernard location. A 42 year-old man has been charged with causing a disturbance and 4 counts of breaching a probation order.
