Two Corner Brook residents are facing charges after a traffic stop this past weekend. The RCMP-RNC Joint Forces Operation West (JFO West) found a quantity of cocaine, cash, brass knuckles and other material indicative of drug trafficking. 22-year-old Bridgette Crocker and 30-year-old Andrew Elford were arrested, charged and released to appear in court at a later date. Crocker has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine and possession of a prohibited weapon. Elford has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine and failing to comply with a probation order. The investigation is continuing.
