A 36 year old St. John’s woman has been charged with murder in connection with a fatal motor vehicle collision on August 16th. A 41-year-old suffered serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle in the city and succumbed to the injuries. He was pronounced deceased at approximately 5:30 a.m. on Saturday. She remains in custody, and has appeared in Provincial Court in relation to the upgraded charges.
