RCMP say road conditions were very poor and are advising motorists today to delay non-essential travel until they improve.
One person was taken to hospital after a two-vehicle collision on Route 430 just north of the St. Anthony airport last night. RCMP say the driver’s injuries are believed to be minor and non life-threatening. Police got a call about the collision shortly after 7:30 p.m but the Northern Peninsula highway was closed all night.
