Route 430 is now open after last night's collision near the St. Anthony airport but poor conditions remain

    UPDATE; St. Anthony RCMP advises that the collision on Route 430 near the airport has been cleared. While the highway is now open, travel is not recommended due to road conditions.

    Please consider delaying any non-essential travel until conditions improve. If you must travel, please slow down and drive with caution.     EARLIER STORY: Route 430 remains closed at this time due to last night’s collision north of the St. Anthony airport.

    St. Anthony RCMP is advising that road conditions in the area are extremely poor. Travel is not recommended at this time, due to snow and freezing rain. Please delay road travel until conditions improve.
