Bay St.George RCMP have released video footage in relation to an assault that took place in Stephenville on December 12th. Police say it happened around 2:25pm in the area of Dutchess Drive and St Stephens Street. Cpl Jolene Garland says a man jumped out of a black Honda Civic and assaulted a cyclist. The suspect is described as being between the ages of sixteen and early 20s. A picture can be seen at bayfm.ca.
