Provincial government calls for nominations for Premier and Minister’s Teaching Awards

    It’s time to nominate your favourite teacher!

    Minister of Education, John Haggie, opened nominations Thursday. Two awards are up for grabs, including the third annual Premier’s Award for Teaching Innovation and the Minister of Education’s Award for Compassion in Teaching. These awards recognize teaching excellence in areas that are meaningful and impactful for K-12 students. Information on the awards is available on the government website and the deadline for submissions is May 26, 2023.
