Porter also offers a twice daily year round service from Deer Lake to Halifax.

Porter Airlines is continuing to develop strong relationships in Atlantic Canada. Vice president Andrew Pierce says residents are benefiting from increased direct air service and connecting opportunities. Earlier this month, Porter announced a new seasonal service between the Deer Lake Regional Airport and Toronto Pearson. It will start June 10th and include three weekly round trips. Pierce says a similar service will start in Charlottetown June 13th. Porter also offers a twice daily year round service from Deer Lake to Halifax. Pierce says this means passengers from Newfoundland can connect to bigger centres. Porter’s onboard experience includes free beer, wine and wif-fi, hot meals, and no middle seats.
