Police were called on Wednesday to a cabin in the Peter Strides Pond area in Burgeo.
RCMP is looking for a stolen Arctic Cat All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) and other items taken from a cabin along the Burgeo Highway. Police were called on Wednesday to a cabin in the Peter Strides Pond area in Burgeo. A vehicle on the property was also damaged. The ATV, a side-by-side 2010 Arctic Cat Prowler, is red and black in colour, with a Newfoundland and Labrador license plate, VDW 299. A photo of the ATV can be seen attached. Two solar panels, valued approximately at $800.00, were also taken.
Anyone with information about this crime or the current whereabouts of the stolen ATV, is asked to contact Bay St. George RCMP at (709) 643-2118.
