A 28 year old man is facing serious charges after a traffic stop in Bay Bulls. RCMP say they found a handgun,weapons, drugs and cash. This after police realized he was in violation of a court order. Ryan Swain is facing weapons charges, drug related offences, and breach. He’s been in custody since his arrest on June 9th.
