Big game licenses announced
It’s almost time to get your moose. Results of this year’s big game license draw are available on the Wildlife Information Management System website. Applicants will receive an email to check their accounts. This year, 27,575 moose licences, including 3,930 non-resident and 460 not-for-profit licences have been approved. 575 licenses are out for caribou with 216 non-resident licenses. Big game season will open September 9th and close December 31st. Successful applicants should pay fees by June 30th in order to get their license before the season starts.
