Stephenville-Port au Port MHA Tony Wakeham wonders whether government is telling the whole story. The PC Leader hopeful was in Corner Brook last night for a meet and greet. Wakeham says a decision like that isn't made overnight. He says government was involved in meetings talking about benefit agreements. Wakeham says he’s surprised that the Premier was surprised by the announcement.
