The Felix Cove man was arrested on site and is also blamed for a break in an hour earlier.
RCMP have charged a man after finding him breaking into a Stephenville business. Police say thirty-six-year-old Bruce Skinner of Felix Cove was arrested Saturday and is still in custody. RCMP say an employee was cleaning up when a masked man forced his way inside the business. Police say the employee hid away to make the call. Skinner was located at the business and arrested. While investigating this crime, police learned of a break and enter at another establishment an hour earlier. Skinner has also been charged for the break, enter and theft at that business.
