Lease amended for the next ten years for the Corner Brook Kinsmen and Prince Edward Park

    Mayor Jim Parsons says this extends their lease for a further ten years to 2038, and in that time they have plans to improve and develop the space.

    At Monday night’s meeting, Corner Brook city council approved a lease amendment between the City and the Kinsmen Club of Corner Brook for the land known as Prince Edward Park. Mayor Jim Parsons says this extends their lease for a further ten years to 2038, and in that time they have plans to improve and develop the space. The Corner Brook Kinsmen have taken care of Prince Edward Park for decades now.
