Today’s Demo Day gets underway from 3 until 7 this evening.

The Centre for Research and Innovation in Corner is hosting its second “Demo Day” today. It’s part of a summer long series highlighting what is available to the public. Diana Chisholm says there are a variety of maker spaces with a variety of tools and machinery. Today’s Demo Day gets underway from 3 until 7 this evening. It’s a Bookmaking and Paper Workshop to learn what goes into paper making and paper molds with the centre’s CNC router, laser cutter and booking equipment. Chisholm says this  event is open to everyone. The Centre for Research and Innovation is located on Mill Road across from Corner Brook Pulp and Paper in their former HR Building.
