    Lawyers get appointed to the King's Counsel

    These lawyers have served a minimum of 10 years as a member of the bar, have gained the respect of the legal community and are in good standing with the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.

    The Justice Minister has announced new appointments to the King’s Counsel. Senior lawyers are recognized for exceptional merit and contribution to the legal profession. These lawyers have served a minimum of 10 years as a member of the bar, have gained the respect of the legal community and are in good standing with the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador. Minister John Hogan says “Being appointed King’s Counsel is a testament to a lawyer’s esteemed contributions to their profession and selfless community building that benefit all of us in Newfoundland and Labrador.”
